North Point Custom Builders' owner, Jason Lowery, has over 15 years experience in new home construction.
While working for ten years with one of the nation's top ten builders Lowery learned efficiencies, quality control and cost savings by honing his skills on hundreds of homes.
His relationships and experience negotiating directly with vendors and suppliers insures him the best pricing with savings that are passed along to the buyer. He works with a seasoned team of subcontractors who have the same expectations of quality and efficiency at a fair price.
Lowery, a NC State graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, is a native and resident of Cleveland County. He is very active in his community and church and is married with three wonderful children.
